Jordan brings a background in technology sales and client relationship management. He applies data modeling and modern tools to help employers make clearer benefits decisions and strengthen lasting client relationships.
Day-to-day account management specializing in claims management. Jennifer manages BerniePortal administration, open enrollment, ACA reporting, monthly invoice facilitation, census distribution, and Group Administrator communications.
