Jennifer Addis brings more than 32 years of leadership and consulting experience spanning the employer, provider, health plan, and consulting sectors of the employee benefits industry. Her unique background provides a perspective rarely found in traditional employee benefits consulting. Throughout her career, Jennifer has served on both the employer and consulting sides of employee benefits. She has led employee benefits strategy and administration for employers, worked within a health plan and a regional health system, directed PPO network operations, negotiated provider and payer contracts, developed innovative funding strategies, and advised employers on complex employee benefits challenges. Having served in executive leadership roles responsible for benefits strategy, network management, population health, and consulting, she understands the decisions employers face because she has made many of them herself. Jennifer specializes in helping organizations evaluate funding alternatives, optimize plan performance, improve employee access to quality care, strengthen vendor partnerships, and identify innovative strategies to better manage healthcare costs. Her expertise includes fully insured, level funded, and self-funded health plans, pharmacy strategy, direct contracting, compliance, population health initiatives, and alternative funding solutions. Jennifer believes the best benefits strategies are built by understanding an organization's people, culture, financial objectives, and long-term goals, not simply by marketing insurance plans. She is known for developing customized solutions that align with each employer's objectives while building long term partnerships based on trust, responsiveness, and measurable results.

Jordan Burt spent 10 years as a professional soccer player before trading the pitch for tech, working at top companies like DemandWell, Liminal.ai, and Flock Safety. Along the way he built a career in sales and go-to-market, connecting with people and solving their problems. Now he is an employee benefits consultant, bringing that same drive to help businesses and their people find better, smarter coverage. At his core, Jordan is a problem solver who is happiest when he is helping someone win.

Jennifer Griffith brings nearly 30 years of experience in employee benefits, underwriting, claims administration, and client service. Her extensive operational knowledge and attention to detail help employers navigate the day-to-day complexities of administering employee benefit programs. Before joining Burt Advisory Group in 2015, Jennifer spent more than 16 years with Everence Financial, where she advanced from Claims Examiner and Team Leader to Small Group and Medicare Supplement Underwriter. In those roles, she underwrote employer health plans, analyzed medical claims, reviewed renewals, managed appeals, collaborated with medical directors, and supported actuarial analyses. At Burt Advisory Group, Jennifer serves as a trusted resource for clients by coordinating medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and stop-loss coverage, assisting with claims issues, supporting ACA reporting and required notices, reviewing claims information, and helping employers navigate the day-to-day administration of their benefits programs. Known for her responsiveness and commitment to exceptional client service, Jennifer provides practical solutions and dependable support that help clients confidently manage their employee benefits programs.
